What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end change management for Google Workspace deployment (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Editors)
Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with the project plan
Engage stakeholders and secure buy-in across business and technical teams
Plan and deliver user training and communication to drive adoption
Manage rollout activities ensuring minimal business disruption
Identify risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve change initiatives
Provide ongoing support to employees throughout the transition process
