QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree holder

- At least 5 years of relevant experience

- Proven change management experience, spanning from the design phase to reinforcement

-Certification in CCMP or Prosci is required

-Comprehensive experience with end-to-end change management frameworks; familiarity with ADKAR methodology is an advantage
