Change Management Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives at St. Luke’s Medical Center. This includes helping shape and implement change strategies, performing change impact assessments, supporting communications, coordinating training, and helping stakeholders successfully transition to new ways of working—especially in the context of digital and operational change.
Key Functions:
- Support the design and execution of change management plans (communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments).
