As a Change Manager, you’ll lead the business change workstream for a large‑scale cyber security uplift within a well‑known New Zealand organisation. This role focuses on translating technical security changes into meaningful, practical change for the business.
You’ll work closely with the Programme Lead, technical teams, and key stakeholders to understand what updated security controls mean in day‑to‑day operations and how teams need to adapt.
While experience in cyber or data programmes is beneficial, this role is suited to a Business Change Manager who has supported complex technical programmes and can confidently bridge the gap between technology and business adoption.
