About the job Change Manager cum Analyst
ROLE PURPOSE
Support the development and running of various Change Management Programmes relating to the JDT Transformation and the broader Bank’s digital journey to deliver intended strategic and operational outcomes that are aligned with the Bank’s corporate strategies and priorities.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- Collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to identify, develop and execute change management and communication strategies and activities for the transformation programme such as communication and training plans to ensure change management is addressed upfront in the programmes and to maximise staff engagement.
