Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and implement plans to address them effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for all change management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support materials to facilitate successful change adoption
• Assess change readiness across teams and address challenges proactively
• Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments when necessary

Requirements
