The Channel Distribution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end distributor management for Region 1 (North Luzon). The role will focus on driving sales performance, strengthening distributor partnerships, and ensuring execution of business strategies to achieve regional targets and KPIs.

- Handle distributor management for Region 1 (North Luzon)
- Lead the Distributor Core Work Process & ensure smooth sales operations
- Act as the main link between GCash & distributor partners
- Ensure sales targets, KPIs, & business objectives are aligned and achieved
- Provide business recommendations related to Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, & Distribution
