Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the DACH and Benelux regions. This role is critical in driving sustainable, consumer-centric growth and delivering strong business impact.
This is not a coordination role,itβs a hands-on, marketing position that shapes demand through best-in-class capabilities in shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, and data-driven performance optimization.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, Etail partners, and Marketing teams to strengthen brand presence, win at the point of sale, and optimize the end-to-end shopper journey across both physical and digital environments.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence, and who understands how to build brands while delivering measurable business results.
