Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new offline channels, with a primary focus on Hyper and B2B segments.
  • Create and execute strategies to establish presence in target accounts and drive initial sell-in and sell-out.
  • Sales and Gross Margin Achievement
  • Be accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability targets across multiple brands.
  • Monitor sell-through and inventory health.
  • Key Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Identify, visit, negotiate with, and secure new partnerships with Hyper and B2B clients.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Channel Strategy and Innovation
  • Develop innovative approaches to improve in-store visibility, merchandising, promotions and campaign activation.
  • Explore new scenarios and opportunities within the Hyper and B2B landscape to increase market share.
