Responsibilities:
Safety
Follow Permit-To-Work procedures and ensure compliance among team members. Conduct daily safety checks and ensure proper use of PPE. Maintain good housekeeping at the worksite. Report unsafe conditions or incidents to the Supervisor immediately.
Quality
Ensure work meets the required standards and specifications. Perform basic quality checks and report issues to the Supervisor. Maintain good workmanship and assist in inspections when required.
Schedule
Execute tasks according to the daily work plan. Report delays or issues affecting progress to the Supervisor.
Productivity
Understand job requirements and deadlines. Meet daily job targets and coordinate with other trades as needed. Use tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
