- Coordinate with Project Managers, procurement and accounts teams for cost - related data
- Prepare MIS reports for effective cost and budget tracking
- Monitor and control project budgets for both ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Track and analyze project expenses to ensure adherence to budgets
Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge of costing principles and budgeting techniques
