We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to work onsite in Makati. No experience is required, and high/senior high school graduates are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving complaints, and providing effective solutions. Other responsibilities include processing orders, payments, and refunds, assisting with product and service support, and maintaining accurate customer records.
