We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, artistic, efficient Charcuterie & Cheese Board Artist and Cheesemonger to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be arranging beautiful boards (with some guidelines), slicing and wrapping cheeses and cured meats to order, educating customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with cheese selection by offering thoughtful recommendations and samples
• Cut, wrap, and weigh cheeses to order, ensuring accuracy and care
• Prepare charcuterie boards for retail and special events, following shop standards and custom requests
• Maintain product displays, rotate inventory, and uphold food safety and sanitation practices
• Receive and stock deliveries; track inventory and minimize waste
