**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to all stages of food production, from preparation and presentation to portioning and service.
Ensure that each dish meets our high standards for ingredients, taste, and presentation.
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines and participate in cleaning and dishwashing duties when necessary.
Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
Support and guide apprentices in their learning journey.
Be flexible and ready to contribute culinary skills across the Becks Group restaurants as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a chef, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
Proficient in Norwegian or English.
Good physical health and stamina to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
