Hours: Approximately 32–37.5 hours per week
This role operates on a rotating 4 days on, 2 days off roster over a six week cycle.
Shifts are a mix of:
•9:30am – 5:00pm (two days), and
• 5:30am – 2:00pm (two days)
This roster aligns with the average working hours of the wider kitchen team.
