About the Role

Equans is recruiting for a Chef to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (EH16 4SA). This is a full‑time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £28,011 per annum plus benefits package.

Shift Pattern

• 5 days over 7 days
• 7.5 hours per day
• 2 weekends per month
• 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef/Senior Chef, you will produce and deliver food that is safe, hygienic, nutritious and of the highest possible quality for staff and visitors. You will ensure the service meets food‑hygiene legislation, Equans’ Food Safety Policy, the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and national standards as directed by government guidance.
