Role Requirements

• Background in French Fine Dining restaurants at Michelin-level.
• Proven experience working in Michelin-starred establishments.
• Currently holding or previously held a Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse multicultural brigade.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in execution.
• Highly creative with a modern approach to French cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of classical French techniques, sauces and presentation.
• Experience in menu development, costing and seasonal menu planning.
