Job Description

Chef de Partie – Da Costa, Somerset

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to serve as an integral part of our open‑fronted kitchen team at Artfarm. In this role you will be responsible for managing a kitchen section, preparing and delivering high‑quality food for Da Costa, Roth Bar, outside catering and events, and working closely with the Head Chef to develop our menu.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a kitchen section in an open‑fronted kitchen environment
  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality food for Da Costa, Roth Bar, outside catering and events
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create, develop and maintain an inspiring menu
  • Ensure the use of fresh produce from our onsite farm and walled garden

Remuneration & Working Hours

  • £37,500 – £40,000 per annum (includes Tronc: £31,200 base salary plus estimated service charge)
  • 45 hours per week
