Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes in line with company standards and recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
  • Assist in menu planning with a focus on diverse continental offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in line with HACCP.
  • Monitor portion control, reduce wastage, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques.
