This is a full‑time, on‑site Chef de Partie role at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. As an important member of the Culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation are consistently achieved.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen while supporting junior team members and maintaining Hard Rock's commitment to culinary excellence and memorable guest experiences.
