The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Experience as a senior Chef de Partie in either a hotel, restaurant or gastro

pub of a similar quality

• Understanding of use of fresh local ingredients
• Want to learn and progress in a top kitchen
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work consistently to very high standards
