Job Description
Hiring for a western stall - El Carbon® in a
coffeeshop. Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to customers. You will be reporting to the Sous Chef or Head Chef and will work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen staff to maintain a high level of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
