Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the sushi kiosk Prepare and present sushi items (nigiri, sashimi, rolls) to company standards Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency of all food products Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards Supervise and guide junior staff / fresh crew Ensure proper display and merchandising of sushi products Handle customer enquiries and provide good service when required Requirements: Proven experience in sushi preparation (Japanese cuisine preferred) Experience in a supervisory or Chef de Partie role is an advantage Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible, hands-on, and good team player Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Key Skills: Sushi preparation and knife skills Leadership and team supervision Inventory and stock management Attention to detail and food presentation
