Position: Chef

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $76,515 plus superannuation per annum

Location: Frenchs Forest NSW 2086

Our client is seeking an experienced Chef to join their restaurant on a full-time basis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure food is prepared to a consistently high standard
2. Menu items are completed and delivered ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Ensure all food is produced within budget requirements
4. Ensure hygiene standards are maintained at a sufficiently high level and an approved food safety plan is implemented
5. Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipment
6. Liase with management to ensure consistency in product and materials
