The Position

:
  • Casual position

  • Includes weekend shifts and additional function hours

  • Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events

  • Maintain catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP requirements, and prioritise waste reduction

  • Support kitchen operations through inventory management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • The Person:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

  • Previous restaurant and or function experience required

  • Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.

  • Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
