Job Description

1. Prepare, cook and serve various Chinese dishes according to restaurant standard recipes. 2. Wash, cut and marinate all kitchen ingredients neatly and hygienically daily. 3. Assist in kitchen mise-en-place and fully support daily kitchen operation. 4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, equipment sanitization and waste management. 5. Follow food safety regulations and keep work area tidy before closing. 6. Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
