Job Summary

Lead kitchen operations by preparing authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, managing staff, setting menus, and ensuring timely order delivery with high hygiene standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes by applying expert knowledge of traditional recipes and menus.
  • Communicate effectively with customers using Bangla to enhance service and address inquiries.
  • Manage all kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and food quality.
  • Work flexible shifts from 9:30am to 1:30pm and 8:00pm to 12:00am, including overtime as needed.
  • Prepare multiple food packets efficiently for catering within tight timeframes.
  • Design and set weekly menus that meet customer preferences and operational needs.
