Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Position Food Handler (Full-Time)
Working Hours - 44 hours per week
- 5.5-day work week
- Shift schedule to be arranged
- Weekend and Public Holiday work may be required
Job Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients for hot pot service
- Handle food according to food safety and hygiene standards
- Portion and replenish food items
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and equipment
- Assist with stock receiving and storage
- Ensure stall is clean and ready for daily operations
- Support other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements - Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
