Job Description

Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Support the preparation of ingredients, including cleaning, cutting, and portioning

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

Assist during service, including plating and basic counter support when required

Properly store ingredients and manage basic inventory tasks
