Overview: The Chemical Operator is essential in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, responsible for operating chemical reactors and plants to produce active pharmaceutical ingredients in batches. They must adhere to strict safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:


+ Operates plant equipment such as chemical reactors, scales, mixers, pumps, centrifuges, filters, tanks, and material-handling equipment.

+ Assist with or lead manipulations using the kilo lab operating equipment, such as glass-jacketed reactors, tanks, and general laboratory glassware.
