Chief Executive Officer: Daybreak Foods

1-year contract

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the strategic, operational, and financial transformation of a fully integrated poultry business emerging from business rescue, financial distress and operational underperformance.

Reporting to the BRP / Board and Shareholders, the CEO will drive overall business performance through the development and execution of a clear turnaround strategy, strong leadership of the executive team, and disciplined operational execution.

Experience:

15 years plus experience in:

• Food production with similar food products, health and safety standards, preferably highly perishable food production/FMCG
• Experience in the Agricultural sector would be beneficial but not detrimental
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management
• Strong liaison and sensitivity to Communities
