Duties & Responsibilities

• Initial Deal Screening and Analysis.
• Financial Modelling and Valuations.
• Investment Report writing and presentation to Investment Committees.
• Review and negotiation of Legal Agreements.
• Post Investment Services.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• CA(SA).
• 8 or more years of experience in investment banking/corporate finance/private equity.
• Top notch academics.
