Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as fast growing startup/scaleups, blue chip organisations, finance or strategy consulting
• (Desirable) Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. fintech, energy, etc)
• You have experience working individually and across multiple stakeholders to conduct research, structure problems, and write up product/process requirements which you can drive to implementation
• You're entrepreneurial in that you're always looking to do things better and faster; you spot opportunities and aren't afraid to dive in. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are proactive in making things happen
• You are comfortable engaging with commercial and contractual work at a senior stakeholder level and can manage direct decision making responsibility
