WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design and execution of the people strategy at national and international level
• Management of a cross-functional HR team (6-8 people) at national and international level
• Strategic partnership with the CEO and C-Level as senior HR business partner
• Definition, implementation and ongoing update of HR policies and procedures
• Management of internal communication initiatives and channels
• Oversight of recruitment processes, with active involvement in the selection of Directors and Managers
• Design and implementation of the talent development and succession plan
