**OVERVIEW OF ROLE**

The Chief Steward oversees and directs all stewarding operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and operational efficiency across all culinary and food & beverage areas.

This role supports the Director of Culinary and culinary leadership team in maintaining exceptional back-of-house standards, ensuring all kitchen equipment, operating supplies and stewarding functions are managed efficiently and in accordance with health, safety and luxury hospitality standards. The Chief Steward plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence, guest satisfaction and team member engagement.
