Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology vision and architecture of UniSouk, a next-generation e-commerce platform. The CTO will be responsible for building and scaling the technology infrastructure, establishing engineering best practices, and driving innovation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and oversee the development of scalable, robust technology architecture for UniSouk's e-commerce platform

● Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence

● Define a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands

● Establish coding standards, development practices, and deployment procedures

● Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive advantage
