Key Responsibilities will include:
Provide one-to-one and group support to children, young people and families using a person-centred approach Carry out needs and risk assessments, support planning and safeguarding referrals Support service users to build resilience, confidence and positive coping strategies Deliver domestic abuse awareness sessions within schools and community settings Work closely with external agencies including Social Services, education, health and support services Maintain accurate case records, reports and monitoring information using internal systems Advocate for service users with agencies including Police, ...
