We have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a Children's Support Worker to join a BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS residential children’s home in Tewkesbury. The property is a beautiful countryside house with a well-kept garden. You’ll be supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours from trauma-informed backgrounds.

We are looking for ENTHUSIASTIC, RESILIENT, and MOTIVATED individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

No two days are ever the same, so you need to be happy to work in a busy, ever-changing environment. It is challenging, but incredibly rewarding work!!

Salary:Up to £30k

Location: Tewkesbury

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 160 hours per month

Shift pattern: Mixture of shifts with early, mids and lates
