We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team is a specialist role focuses on supporting children and young people (0-18) with complex disabilities and their families, ensuring their needs are met and that they are safeguarded, empowered, and included in all aspects of life. This will involve completing assessments of need e.g., Child and Family Assessments, and developing Child in Need, Child Protection, or Looked After Children plans where appropriate.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
