5+ years of exposure to ChillersCentrifugal compressors and chillers with and without VFD applications (York, Trane, Carrier, Smardt, Daikin)Screw compressors and chillers (air and water cooled)Reciprocating compressors (air and water cooled)VFD'sĀ Centrifugal pumps and motors including alignment/bearing replacementCooling towers and sweeper/filtration systemsHeat exchangers flat plate/tube and shellEMS Control sequences/ strategies and control devices (central plant and in the facility)EMS integration with central plant equipment (BACnet)Process chilled water systems/equipmentLarge tonnage A/H systems with and without economizers Technician will be responsible for:
Perform chiller and central plant troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs as required.
