Job summary The Preschool Educator leads the planning and facilitation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 18 months to 6 years. They also play a critical role in fostering children’s holistic development, building strong relationships with families, and creating a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
Main Responsibilities 1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation
- Design and implement daily lessons that promote children’s development across domains, in alignment with the centre’s guided inquiry curriculum and national framework.
- Use intentional teaching strategies to extend children’s thinking, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
