Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, Android Management, RTC Troubleshooting, Google Meet, Google Chat, Google Voice, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi Troubleshooting Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for ChromeOS devices and Chrome Browser-related issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues impacting end users. Troubleshoot RTC (Real-Time Communication) issues across Google Meet, Chat, and Voice platforms. Identify and isolate device-side and network-side issues affecting communication services. Support Android device management, enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting activities. Investigate network connectivity issues using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve complex SMB support cases.
