Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and sustain all Continuous Improvement activities at the plant level. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the CI Coordinator plays a key role in promoting a performance‑driven culture by deploying Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Practices across operations, in alignment with Group standards and strategic objectives.
Main Missions:
