Scope - CI saving: Coordinate site projects to reach the annual CI Saving Budget
- Engage in the deployment and coaching of CI tools
- Reports to the CI Manager of Matamoros
- Plant: Sites 1 and 2
Main activities - Ensure compliance with the annual savings goal.
- Ensure the site's CI Operating Agenda including projects are timely followed
- Identifying CI opportunities and guiding others to identify as well
- Coach project team leaders in project definition, and project completion
- Monitoring implementation progress of CI initiatives
