Job Description
Strong credit analysis skills. The candidate will be able to lead in-depth due diligence processes and coordinate and produce concise and insightful credit memos with clear recommendations, which will be the basis on which credit decisions are made. Excellent financial modeling skills. The candidate will be able to challenge industry teams on modelling assumptions and be able to understand key conclusions and devise appropriate downside scenarios. Familiarity with, and a basic understanding of, loan documentation, including LMA standard and leveraged finance documents and key ISDA/CSA documentation. The candidate should demonstrate an ability to negotiate and prioritize various documentation terms and show and ability to understand transaction structures. Close working relationships at senior levels with a variety of areas within the CIB, including Coverage, product specialists (DCM, LF, Trade, TSS), Markets (Derivative Sales), Capital Markets and M&A. <...
