We are currently recruiting two Civil Enforcement Officers who will play a key role in supporting a safer, more accessible town by ensuring parking regulations are upheld. Your work will directly contribute to reducing congestion and creating a welcoming environment for residents, businesses, and visitors.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, your primary responsibility will be to enforce parking regulations through the fair and consistent issuing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). You will work across a range of locations including:

• Restricted parking areas
• Council car parks
• On‑Street pay and display bays
• Resident parking zones

The role will also involve vehicle immobilisation and removal when necessary.
