Job Description
Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities - Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
- Handing of technical and engineering problems.
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary.
- Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the Company.
