3-10 years’ progressive engineering or certification preferred a plus);Proficiency in computer modeling software such as: AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydraFlow;Ability to speak and write professionally;Adept at researching local codes / ordinances and jurisdictional requirements;Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design is a plus.
