The Civil Engineer serves as a lead engineering professional responsible for overseeing land development projects from initial concept through final delivery. This individual plays a critical role in managing both the technical execution and client relationships associated with a variety of site development projects. Responsibilities include leading project planning efforts, developing project scopes, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through design, permitting, and construction phases.
