Civil Foreman We are searching for a Civil building foreman that can join right away. Needs to have strong supervisory experience in the UAE building and construction sector and be able to guide and oversee construction employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities as well as plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of the team
• Designate basic and everyday obligations
• Manage and train employees and tradespeople
• Guarantee workforce and resources suffice
• Ensure safety preventative measures and quality criteria are fulfilled
• Monitor use of equipment and devices
• Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within budget
• Deal with issues when they arise
• Report on progress to supervisors, designers, and so on
